Reset your password with Google. Faitokonia doesn’t hold your password — your Diocese account is a Google account, so Google resets it securely. Open Google Account recovery, enter your Diocese email and follow the steps, then come back and sign in.

Can’t recover it yourself? Contact IT.

“You don’t have access”. Two common causes:

1. You’re signing in with a personal Gmail instead of your Diocese account. Use your Diocese address — only @cathtonga.org.to, @tvt.org.to and @catholic.org.to accounts are permitted.
2. Your account hasn’t been added to Faitokonia yet. Access is granted by the Diocese, so if you should have it, ask IT to add you.

For your security this helper can’t look up or confirm accounts — contact IT to be added.

Signed in as the wrong person. Your browser is probably using a personal Google account. To fix it:

1. Open a private / incognito window and try again, or
2. Click your Google profile picture → Sign out, then sign in with your Diocese account.

2-Step Verification trouble. If you can’t get your verification code:

1. On the code screen choose Try another way — Google may offer a backup method.
2. If you’ve lost your phone, use Google account recovery.
3. Still locked out? Contact IT.

The sign-in button won’t work.

1. Do a full refresh (close the tab and reopen it).
2. Allow pop-ups for this site, or try Google Chrome.
3. On an old saved link? Go straight to faitokonia.catholic.org.to.
